Generative AI Engineer

About the Role:

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and GenAI architectures. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver enterprise-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1.Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
2. 2.Develop and optimize prompts for LLMs (few-shot, zero-shot, chain-of-thought)
3. 3.Fine-tune open-source LLMs using domain-specific data
4. 4.Build multi-agent AI workflows using LangChain/Langgraph, LlamaIndex etc.
5. 5.Manage embedding generation and vector database integrations.
6. 6.Deploy GenAI applications in production using cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
7. 7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and deployment pipelines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. 1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
2. 2.2–5 years of software engineering or AI development experience
3. 3.Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex)
4. 4.Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs
5. 5.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
6. 6.Understanding of AI ethics, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
